Thousands of hectares of land in Uttar Pradesh have fallen into the clutches of the Bhu mafia or the land mafia. While the authorities are cracking down on such cases, many cases also go unreported so for stop thes kind of activity, 

Dhara portal is created GEO Fencing of all govt. so that land data of Gram Sabha, Nagar Panchayat, District development authorities and other administrative land under one portal.

Primary object of this mobile app is to map/geofencing the government land on a GIS software in the district and hence  to protect it  from further encroachment in future.

                In the beginning Ponds, Marghat, Kabristaan, Temples, Khaad ka Gaddha and Farming Land will be mapped.  For this purpose, the Lekhpal logged into the mobile app and geo tagged the corners of the land and hence the polygon will be drawn on the google map with color code.

          Public access has been provided to this government data so that buyer can know the status of the land either it private or government land. It will help to bring Bhu-mafia on record. This will prevent the fraud in the revenue records, prevent fake bainamas.
